The location was ideal for walking around Cervantes Theatre. The hotel was placed within 15 km of the airport. Everything was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room was well-equipped and brand-new and also had a bidet.

The hotel took care of the excellent service. Had budget double room with wake-up service available in it. The staff was welcoming and obliging - they made my stay a fantastic experience. The location was marvellous and fab, just 5 min walk from a hilltop Moorish-style medieval fortress.
The staff were aggressive, didn't expect that coming.
